Building on our long history of recognizing the best in private equity, Mergers & Acquisitions is now seeking nominations for the 2022 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A. This marks the seventh annual edition.
To be considered, candidates must be women who are outstanding dealmakers both inside and outside of their firms. Evidence of influence in the broader M&A industry is essential. Championing innovation and inclusion are paramount.
We require candidates to provide written answers to several questions about their role within their firms and their impact on the dealmaking world. New this year: we’re asking candidates to explain how they are helping their firms achieve environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals, which have become increasingly important in the private equity industry.
