Chargebee, a subscription management platform, has acquired Brightback, a customer retention platform. The deal combines two platforms to maximize revenue growth capabilities for its clients.
Brightback provides its clients with automated services designed to increase customer retention and lifetime value. The firm reduces online cancelations, retains free trials and uses surfacing benchmarked intelligence. The Brightback platform allows its customers to make the most of subscriber data to design workflows and machine learning to personalize customer experiences.
