Zone Climate Services, a commercial refrigeration and HVAC services provider and portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired Smart Care Equipment Solutions, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity.
Smart Care is a national provider of foodservice refrigeration, cooking, dish wash, HVAC, and coffee equipment services. The firm provides comprehensive commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance services to the commercial food industry. Smart Care delivers its services to over 40,000 locations across full-serve restaurants, quick-serve restaurants, healthcare, education, hospitality, and corporate segments.
