ZeroFox, an external cybersecurity provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, an attack surface management and global threat intelligence company.
The deal looks to expand ZeroFox’s visibility across the global external attack surface category, driving the company’s external cybersecurity platform with attack surface management (EASM) capabilities and helping customers in building improved security. Bryan Ware, CEO of LookingGlass, will join the ZeroFox executive team.
