Black Dragon Capital, a private equity firm founded and led by a diverse manager and team who operate and invest in growth sectors disrupted by digitization, has hired Yossi Aloni, a media technology executive, to the firm as an executive advisor.

Aloni He is the former CEO of service providers’ delivery platform vendor Seachange International.
