Xponance Inc., an employee-owned multi-strategy investment firm, has hired Marcy Rappaport as director of business development and consultant relations.
Rappaport will be responsible for the development and service of new business opportunities through direct investor relationships and the consulting community. She brings over two decades of experience working with institutional investors and consultants across all asset classes. Most recently, she was the director of marketing and client relationship management at LongTail Alpha, a boutique firm. Previously, she has held senior relationship management roles at Stone Harbor Investment Partners, BlackRock and PIMCO.
