Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT), a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, has acquired LeanSwift Solutions, a system integrator of Infor products.
LeanSwift offers capabilities including ERP, e-commerce, digital transformation, supply chain, warehouse management systems, business intelligence and integrations. The firm has offices across US, Sweden and India with clients in manufacturing, distribution, chemicals, fashion and food & beverages. The firm focuses on providing consulting, business services and technical services to customers in the Infor space.
The deal represents Wipro’s strategy of investing and expanding its cloud transformation business. LeanSwift’s offerings in consulting and implementation will complement Wipro’s Infor cloud practice.
