Wipro Limited, a multinational IT services and consulting firm, has acquired Rizing LLC, an SAP-focused provider of IT services integration and implementation services, from private equity firm One Equity Partners.
Rizing concentrates on value-added products and IT business process services within the SAP sector. The firm delivers enterprise asset management, human capital management, and related IT services for customers within consumer industries.
