Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Hasa Inc., a producer and supplier of water treatment services.
Hasa manufactures and distributes chemicals and ancillary products used for sanitization and maintenance of water systems, including swimming pools, water tanks and containment vessels for recreational, industrial and municipal end markets. Headquartered in Saugus, Calif., the company uses 11 facilities to serve over 3,000 customer locations across the western and southwestern U.S.
“The partnership with Wind Point will further strengthen our leading manufacturing and distribution platform as we bring more products and services to existing and new markets,” says Chris Brink, CEO of Hasa.
