Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Envera Systems LLC, a provider of automated and software-based security, visitor management, access control and remote video monitoring services.
Envera offers security, access control and visitor management services to gated communities and homeowners associations. The company also monitors access to amenities and common areas through active and passive surveillance systems. Headquartered in Coconut Creek, Fla., Envera operates throughout Florida with a recent expansion into the Texas market.
