Smart Care, a provider of refrigeration and heating, ventilation and air conditioning services and a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has bought Finley’s Facilities Services LLC, a commercial kitchen equipment repair company.
Based in Gilead, Ohio, Finley’s offers emergency repair, preventative maintenance and installation services for cooking, refrigeration and HVAC equipment. The company serves restaurants, grocers, convenience stores and other retail food service providers. The addition of Finley’s looks to expand Smart Care’s existing capabilities in Ohio. It represents Smart Care’s third acquisition in the state and seventh overall since partnering with Wind Point in 2021.
