OuterBox LLC, a portfolio company of WILsquare Capital, has bought substantially all of the assets of Trinity Insight LLC, a digital agency with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Rochester, Minn.

Founded in 2006, Trinity works with brands aiming to optimize online engagement and experiences. Trinity is focused on user experience, including web design, development and conversion rate optimization (CRO), email marketing and automation and search engine optimization. The deal expands OuterBox’s services set and looks to drive its ability to maximize clients’ return on marketing investment.
