William Blair, a global boutique focused on investment banking, investment management, and private wealth management, has appointed Jim Conniff as managing director in the industrial growth products team.
Conniff brings over 25 years of experience in large industrial growth companies from a broad spectrum of specialized verticals, delivering advice and representation for clients on M&A and capital-raising assignments.
Before joining William Blair, Conniff held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Robert W. Baird & Co., and Lazard Middle Market LLC. Conniff will support William Blair’s rapid growth in investment banking and join the additional recently added managing directors Dan Polsky, Mike Nelson, Neha Motwani and Rizwan Vejii.
