William Blair, a global boutique with a background in investment banking, investment management and private wealth management, has added David Hatch as a managing director on the supply chain and commercial services (SCCS) team.
Hatch focuses on both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions transactions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructurings and other investment banking services. He joins from Piper Sandler, where he served as a managing director. He was previously with Edgeview Partners and began his career at William Blair.
