William Blair, a global boutique with a background in investment banking, investment management, and private wealth management, has added Daniel Polsky as managing director and co-head of syndicate in the firm’s equity capital markets group. Based in the firm’s New York office, Polsky will focus on seeking to deliver optimal equity offering execution and advice to market-leading companies and their shareholders. Polsky will co-head the syndicate group along with Walter Prest who is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Polsky most recently served as managing director in equity capital markets at Bank of America. Before Bank of America, Polsky’s experience included roles at Lehman Brothers and on the syndicate desk at Barclays.
