WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, has recapitalized Mobility Market Intelligence, a provider of software as a service (SaaS)-based data intelligence, analytics and sales enablement tools.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, MMI offers services to the mortgage and real estate industry to help track and analyze insights from mortgage production data. Abacus Finance Group LLC served as senior secured credit facilities administrative agent and arranger for senior secured credit facilities in this transaction. Abacus also made an equity co-investment in MMI.
