Framework Solutions, a provider of clinical to commercial services to the life sciences industry and a portfolio company of WestView Capital, has purchased Onix Life Sciences, a consultancy focused on regulatory operations services to support life sciences clients.
Based in the U.K., Onix’s regulatory operations experience in eCTD (electronic common technical document) submissions, publishing and eCTD lifecycle management works to assist with client submissions to the FDA, EMA and other health authorities globally. The deal looks to help both companies expand their global reach, while driving service capabilities by providing a broader slate of services to clients. ONIX has completed eCTD submissions for more than 100 clients globally.
