International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has hired Jenine Hulsmann to the firm as a partner in the London office to lead the build out of Weil’s European Antitrust/Competition practice.

Hulsmann joins Weil from Clifford Chance, specializing in competition law and regulation, with a particular focus on TMT, pharmaceutical, energy and infrastructure. Hulsmann advises a wide range of clients on merger and foreign investment proceedings, competition law investigations and appeals. She has represented corporations and investors before the European Commission, European Court of Justice, Competition and Markets Authority, national competition authorities, regulators and appeal courts.
