Waterfall Asset Management, a global alternative investment manager, has promoted both Leo Wong and Keerthi Raghavan from managing directors to partners.

Wong will bring over 15 years of experience to the new position and most recently served as the head of the firm’s loan strategies and a member of the investment committee. Wong has been with the firm since 2007 and previously worked with Fidelity.

Raghavan has been with the firm since 2014 and has led the firm’s bond trading strategy and been a member of the investment committee. In his time before Waterfall, he served with Barclays Capital leading the CMBS research division.

“Waterfall is driven by the innovative and entrepreneurial nature its employees bring to capital solutions, and Keerthi and Leo have embodied that ethos during their tenure,” says Tom Capasse, co-founder of Waterfall. “We look forward to their success and growth as the firm continues to expand across geographies and asset classes to identify markets where we have an advantage in our continued effort to deliver market-leading risk-adjusted returns for our clients.”
