ESI Technologies subsidiary, Virtual Guardian, has acquired NaviLogic, with the acquisition having closed in December of 2021.
NaviLogic offers not only software, hardware systems and IT integration services, but also consulting services on cyber security, program assessment and management, governance risk and compliance, compliance and audit, vendor risk management and artificial intelligence. The company therefore makes a natural extension of Virtual Guardian’s own cybersecurity services. The acquisition further enhances Virtual Guardian’s suite of offerings, and gives NaviLogic’s clients access to a greater pool of resources.
