VictoryLive Inc., an event management and ticketing technology service backed by Clearlake Capital Group, has bought Ticket Evolution Inc., a software service for the ticketing industry.
Ticket Evolution manages sports and events tickets for both professional ticket resellers and rightsholders through a B2B marketplace with distribution capabilities. The company offers full-service and automated software-as-a-service, providing operational needs to ticket distributors, including ticket fulfillment and delivery. The deal looks to offer more options for VictoryLive’s rightsholders, resellers and affiliates by partnering with event management and ticketing technology and data providers.
