Vestar Capital Partners, a private equity firm, has promoted Neil Merchant, Mark Dirzulaitis, and Angela Yun to principal and Alex Veronneau to vice president.
Merchant is a member of the firm’s business & technology services group and joined the firm in 2018 following his time with Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe. Dirzulaitis works in the firm’s business & technology services group and joined Vestar in 2019 after his time with American Securities.
Yun is a member of the firm’s consumer group and joined the firm in 2019 after her time with Alliance Consumer Growth. Veronneau joined Vestar in 2019 following his time as an analyst with J.P. Morgan‘s consumer & retail investment banking group.
