Venterra Realty, owner and manager of 70 communities and over 19,000 apartment units across 13 United States cities, has acquired Cane Island Apartments in Kissimmee, Florida.

The Cane Island property was build in 2008 and features apartments with an average floor space of 1,316 sq. feet along with an amenity package including resort-style pools, spa, workout area, clubroom and more. Additionally, the property is located in proximity to Orlando which is known for its business and tourism population.
