Union Square Advisors, a technology-focused investment bank, has promoted Andrew Atherton to partner.
Atherton most recently served as managing director at the firm where he focused on software and financial technology companies. Atherton also implemented and continues to lead the firm’s merchant banking efforts. Prior to joining the firm, he held roles within the technology group of RBC Capital Markets, focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital raises, and Goldman Sachs‘ special situations group providing debt and equity capital to middle market companies.
