TTEC Holdings Inc., a global CX (customer experience) technology and services innovators for end-to-end digital CX solutions, has agreed to acquire Avtex, a full-service CX technology and service provider. With this acquisition, TTEC expects to further expand its position as a global CX technology provider of end-to-end digital customer experience solutions.
