TSR Concrete Coatings, a portfolio company of Bertram Capital and a provider of concrete coating services, has merged with Ninja Coatings and PolyPro Concrete Coatings. After the transactions closed, Bertram formed ReVamp Companies, a platform focused on concrete coatings services.
The combination expands ReVamp’s service territory in Indiana, Florida, Louisiana and Alabama.
