PestCo, backed by Thompson Street Capital Partners and a holding company of residential and commercial pest prevention and control services in the U.S., has acquired Reliable Pest Solutions, a provider of commercial and residential pest control.
Reliable serves customers in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Reliable looks to be positioned for future growth, while continuing to provide services to customers. The deal marks PestCo’s eighth investment.
