Truelink Capital, a Los Angeles-based middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, a North American architectural glass and aluminum fabricator, from Sun Capital Partners Inc.

Headquartered in Peachtree City, Ga., Trulite fabricates and distributes customized tempered, laminated, insulated and decorate glass as well as architectural aluminum from 35 locations in the U.S. and Canada. Truelite will continue to deliver the same products and services supported by its existing management team. This deal marks Truelink’s first acquisition.
