TruckPro LLC, a distributor of truck and trailer products and repair services, has purchased Drivelines NW Inc., a provider of driveshaft repair, fabrication and replacement services.
Drivelines provides services for vehicles, boats, equipment, machinery and other applications that utilize universal joint type driveshafts. The company boasts of itself as the go-to driveline expert in the Everett, Washington area. Generational Equity, a mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, advised Drivelines NW in the transaction.
