Tasty Hut LLC, a quick service restaurant operator and a portfolio company of Triton Pacific Capital Partners, has purchased a Pizza Hut operator in Monticello, Ky.
The acquisition serves as a strategic investment in the Tasty Hut market, extending Tasty Hut’s presence in the Appalachian region near Lake Cumberland. Tasty Hut looks to use its above-store structure and leadership team for continued success. The company now owns 221 Pizza Hut locations across 12 states.
