Trinity Hunt Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on services businesses, has made an investment in Alliance Group, a provider of commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning system services.
The company is focused on the maintenance, repair and installation of commercial HVAC systems. In addition to HVAC services, the company offers electrical, plumbing, construction and building automation services, providing clients with a service for facility maintenance and repair needs. Alliance serves over 500 clients across end markets throughout the northeast. The deal marks Trinity Hunt’s initial investment as part of an acquisition strategy in the commercial HVAC services industry.
