Dataprise, a provider of managed information technology infrastructure services and cybersecurity solutions and a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, has purchased Reboot Networks, a California-based managed services provider.
Reboot Networks offers managed IT services to businesses in southern California, Seattle and Boston. The deal works to provide Reboot Networks’ clients with access to Dataprise’s portfolio of services including cybersecurity, disaster recovery and cloud, while helping Dataprise expand its presence across the west coast and Boston.
