RoadSafe Traffic Systems Inc., a provider of traffic control and pavement marking services and backed by Trilantic North America and Investcorp, has bought Bay Area Barricade Service Inc.
BABS is a job site and traffic safety product company based in Concord, Calif. BABS is RoadSafe’s seventh acquisition since early 2021. Craig Songster, president of BABS, will continue in a transitional role.
