Outdoor Living Supply, a distribution service for outdoor living products focused on hardscapes and a portfolio company of Trilantic North America, has purchased LandCare Associates Inc., an independent distributor of natural stone, hardscapes, landscape supplies and bulk materials in northern New England.
Based in Madbury, N.H., LandCare Associates was founded in 1984 by Daniel Gordon as a property maintenance and landscape services provider. In 1991, the company moved into distribution, working to establish itself as a dealer of natural stone and hardscape products. Going forward, Gordon will continue to lead the company.
