Outdoor Living Supply, a distribution platform for outdoor living products and portfolio company of Trilantic North America, has bought C&R Stone World Inc., Stoneworld Utah LLC and Cedar Stone Supply Inc., three distributors of natural stone, masonry, hardscape and landscape supplies.
Headquartered in Mapleton, Utah, Stoneworld was founded by Rhett Robison in 2003. The company has since expanded into Utah and Idaho. Going forward, the existing management team will continue with the business to ensure continuity and consistency for employees, customers and supplier partners. The acquisition expands OLS’ footprint in the mountain states, adding strategic locations in Utah and Idaho.
