Outdoor Living Supply, a distribution service for outdoor living products focused on hardscapes and a portfolio company of Trilantic North America, has bought Geobunga, a distributor of garden elements, natural stone, pavers, bulk materials and landscape supplies.
Based in Honolulu, Geobunga serves Hawaii’s homeowners, contractors and landscape designers. The acquisition expands OLS’ footprint into the Hawaiian market. Going forward, the company’s founders Layla Dedrick and Andrew Dedrick will continue in their leadership roles to ensure continuity and consistency for customer and supplier partners.
