TrialCard Inc., a full-service life sciences commercialization partner providing comprehensive services that span the entire biopharmaceutical value chain, has bought Archer Healthcare.

Archer Healthcare is a North Carolina-based company specializing in the challenges pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers face.

The purchase strengthens TrialCard’s Engage HCP offering, which includes engagement services for clinical nurse educators, field reimbursement managers, pharmaceutical sales and more. This marks the sixth acquisition for TrialCard in the past three years.

“The addition of Archer Healthcare to our existing Engage HCP by TrialCard offering is a game changer for our life science partners who face challenges accessing and disseminating information to difficult to see HCPs,” said Mark Droke, general manager and chief revenue officer at TrialCard.

“The acquisition of Archer Healthcare further deepens the breadth and depth of our capabilities within this fast-growing segment of the biopharma services marketplace,” added Scott Dulitz, president and CSO at TrialCard.
