Traub Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has appointed Sean Reilly as chief financial officer.

Reilly joins the firm with 20 years of experience in the private equity sector. Previously, Reilly partnered with colleagues in an entrepreneurial venture to launch and expand Carta Fund Services. Additionally, Reilly served as CFO of Clean Energy Partners and held senior finance roles at Blackstone and Credit Suisse.

“Throughout my career, I have sought to align myself with best-in-class private equity firms and management teams, and Traub Capital Partners is developing a one-of-a-kind strategy and portfolio that will serve as a template for the consumer sector,” said Reilly. “I’m proud to join this team and eager to begin to help the firm continue its success.”

“As we continue to scale Traub Capital Partners’ private equity platform, Sean’s background will allow the firm to further elevate its back and middle office financial operations and better prepare our firm for future growth,” said Brian Crosby, Managing Partner of Traub Capital Partners.
