Transportation Insight Holding Co., a provider of non-asset, tech-enabled logistics and freight brokerage services and portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has acquired SwanLeap, Inc. Swan Leap is a transportation management software company.
Swanleap has developed technology to assist shippers in identifying cost saving opportunities and streamlining the transportation process. The deal will add SwanLeap’s proprietary software to TI Holdco’s end-to-end logistics service which will create a comprehensive multimodal transportation management platform.
