TransPerfect, a language and technology services provider, has purchased French-based Hiventy Group, an audiovisual technical services company.
Hiventy focuses on technical audiovisual services including post-production, localization, distribution and film restoration. The company is based in Paris and serves clients through its locations in Warsaw, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Casablanca, Nairobi and Lagos. The deal expands TransPerfect’s owned-and-operated footprint to over 90 recording rooms and eight theatrical rooms worldwide.
