TMX Group Ltd., a digital community builder and analytic services provider, has acquired Wall Street Horizon Inc., a global market action and corporate event data company.
WSH offers corporate event datasets, including earnings dates, dividend dates, options expiration dates, splits, and spinoffs to traders, portfolio managers, and academics. The company offers over 40 event types, covering 9,000 publicly traded companies globally.
