Tivian, a provider of employee experience management, has acquired GuideSpark, a provider of change communication. The combined company capabilities will allow Tivian to derive feedback from their workforce and drive change through focused communication.

With the help of GuideSpark, Tivian intends to be the first to offer intelligent employee experience management using technology that delivers specific messaging and engages employees.
