Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm, has appointed Andrew Almeida, Tara Gadgil, Mike Hoffmann, Brian Jaffee, Carl Press, Adam Solomon and Peter Stefanski to partner.

Almeida joined Bravo in 2012 and previously served as an associate at Bank of America Merril Lynch where he worked in investment banking. Gadgil joined the firm in 2016 as a vice president. Previously, she served as a VP of Berkshire Partners and spent time at both TPG Growth and Goldman Sachs.

Hoffman joined Bravo in 2014 as a vice president and previously worked as a VP and investment banker with Providence Equity Partners and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., respectively. Jaffee joined the firm in 2014 as a vice president as well; prior to joining the firm, Jaffee served as a senior associate with Veritas Capital and an investment banking analyst with Merrill Lynch.

Press has been with Thoma Bravo since 2015 where he serves as a vice president. Before the firm, Press served as a technology investor with High Bar Partners while also spending time with Oaktree Capital Management and UBS Investment Bank. Solomon recently joined the firm in 2021 as a principal. Previously, Solomon served as a principal with Francisco Partners and as an associate at Hellman & Friedman.

Stefanski has been the longest tenured member of the new Thoma Bravo partners, as he joined as an associate in 2011. Before his time at Thoma Bravo, Stefanski served in the M&A group at Barclays Capital.
