Veriforce, a supply chain risk and compliance management services provider backed by Thoma Bravo, has purchased Chas, a Sustainable Merton-based compliance management services company in the U.K.

Founded in 1997, Chas offers health and safety assessments. The combined company looks to help over 3,200 companies in approximately 130 countries with more than 80,000 contractors. The companies will share a focus of helping to bring workers home safely.
