Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, a Boston-based private equity firm, has made a majority investment in Bynder, a digital asset management company.

Bynder is headquartered in Amsterdam, with major offices in the U.S., Spain, U.K., Australia and UAE. The partnership aims to drive Bynder’s ability to help brands with expanding their content, the delivery of content experiences and revenue growth. As part of the deal, THL will acquire Insight Partners‘ stake in Bynder. The firm will invest in Bynder through its Fund IX and the THL Automation Fund.
