The Healing Company, an integrated supplements company, has bought Your Super, a plant-based superfoods brand located in Los Angeles, Calif.
Your Super has sold over 5 million products across the U.S. and Europe and is focused on the superfoods and plant-based nutrition sectors. With the closing of the transaction, The Healing Company also announced the closing of a $150 million credit facility provided by i80 Group. The acquisition was financed through a combination of cash and HLCO equity, and will focus on expanding the accessibility of Your Super’s portfolio of healing products.
