Textkernel, backed by software investor Main Capital Partners, has purchased AI company Sovren. The deal will strengthen Textkernel as a provider of search and match technology.
Sovren delivers a complementary and similar portfolio as Textkernel with the deal set to create a market leader in the AI-based search and match technology sector. The firm will serve over 2,500 customers including large staffing firms across the globe.
