Tempo Software, a provider of real time management and productivity enhancing services, has acquired ALM Works, a developer of structure for Jira software suit.

ALM assists over 5,000 organizations across the globe visualize, track and manage progress across large-scale projects. The combined firm will provide a suite of purpose-built program management apps to meet project, program and portfolio management needs for 70 million users.
