Telmar, a global provider of advertising and media planning services, has acquired Helixa and its data-driven audience intelligence platform.

The purchase will expand the media planning and audience analysis capabilities of Telmar through the addition of Helixa’s IP and AI offerings. Telmar will extend its position as a provider of media planning tools and data integration through the addition of capabilities in digital and social media data analysis.

Helixa will benefit through the acceleration of its global expansion, enhanced media planning abilities and development of activation services. The firm’s clients will receive a greater depth of media tools as well as access to enhanced and specific data services.
