SharpenCX, a provider of contact center software and a portfolio company of Teleo Capital Management LLC, has bought Webtext Holdings Ltd., a messaging software service.
Based in Galway, Ireland, Webtext is a communications platform as a service (CPaaS) providing enterprise messaging for contact centers. The company serves customers across several industries with a focus on financial services, insurance and healthcare. Webtext’s application programming interface (API)-driven service looks to help contact centers to integrate inbound and outbound messaging into existing programs or applications.
“Webtext’s robust messaging capabilities combined with SharpenCX’s agent-first solutions and advanced analytics backbone will continue to enhance and revolutionize the omnichannel contact center experience for both customers and agents,” stated Teleo Capital.
